All treatments are performed by qualified professionals in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Requirements

• Appointments must be booked in advance
• A valid phone number and email address are required
• You must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments
• A consultation may be required before certain treatments

3.2 Confirmation

All appointments are subject to confirmation. We will contact you to confirm your booking and discuss any specific requirements or preparations needed.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge
• No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment may result in a full charge
• Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers

InnaBeauty carries professional indemnity insurance. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions to products if full disclosure was not provided
• Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions
• We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow advice
